What are Skin Boosters

Skin boosters are cosmetic procedures designed  to hydrate and rejuvenate the skin. They typically involve injecting hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the skin, into deeper layers improve hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality.

These injections can help reduce  fine lines, wrinkles, and improve skin texture, resulting in a more youthful and radiant appearance. Skin boosters are often used to address areas of the face, neck and hands that have lost moisture and  firmness duets ageing  or  environmental factors.

Skin Boosters VS Dermal fillers

Skin boosters and fillers are both injectable treatments used for cosmetic purposes, but they serve different purposes and have distinct formulations.
Skin boosters primarily focus on hydrating and rejuvenating the skin by injecting hyaluronic acid into the deeper layers. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the skin that helps maintain hydration and elasticity. Skin boosters work to improve skin quality, texture, and overall radiance, with results lasting several months.
On the other hand, fillers are primarily used to add volume and structure to specific areas of the face. They contain hyaluronic acid or other substances and are injected into areas such as the cheeks, lips, or jawline to enhance volume, smooth out wrinkles, and restore youthful contours. Fillers can also be used to augment features and provide more definition, with results lasting longer than skin boosters, typically around 6 to 18 months depending on the type of filler used.
In summary, while both skin boosters and fillers involve injections and can improve the appearance of the skin, skin boosters focus on hydration and rejuvenation, while fillers primarily add volume and structure to targeted areas of the face.
